Rest our eyes
Your computer-based work is of a high demand for your eye focus. Your eyes are in much heavy work than the rest of your body; thus, crave for more serious breaks. There is what experts call 20-20-20 rule which is taking a break every 20 minutes by looking at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. Easy but eye saving.
